Reactive Permanent Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a leading car dealership group in Newport, South Wales. They are recruiting a Car Sales Executive to work from their Newport site selling new and used vehicles.

40 hours per week across Mon-Sat, with a lunch break and occasional Sundays during March and September. Starting salary £23,000 with a very high uncapped OTE and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current or recent car sales experience required.
• Must be target driven and commission-led with the potential to earn well.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell prestigious new and used vehicles and related products.
• Guide customers through the buying journey from first contact to purchase.
• Provide excellent service and upsell finance/insurance where appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and dealership processes.

NB: Only current/recent Car Sales experience will be considered

Due to continued growth, they seek an experienced Car Sales Executive to work from their Newport site selling their highly reputable and prestigious new or used vehicles.

Car Sales Executive package/hours:

• A starting salary of £23,000 per annum
• Fully expensed company car (if £19,000pa salary taken)
• Very high uncapped OTE
• An excellent list of benefits including pension, holidays etc
• Great working environment at their prestigious Newport site
• Fantastic training, development and career path
• 40 hours a week across Mon - Sat (with a 1 hour lunch)
• Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week
• Sunday working required during March and September

Experience:

• Current or recent Car Sales experience ESSENTIAL
• You must be target driven and commission led as the potential to earn VERY WELL is real
• Strong customer service attributes and experience is a must as the reputation of the business is crucial
• You will be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing your product knowledge
• With a strong work ethic and an inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your team
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required

Overview:

• You will be responsible for selling prestigious new cars, in addition to other services such and insurances etc
• You will support customers through every step of their buying journey from their first interaction until they purchase their new vehicle and beyond
• The group offer a comprehensive training and development programme, you'll gain the skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards
