Griffin Mill Garages in Pontypridd is recruiting a Leapmotor & Fiat New Car Sales Executive to welcome showroom visitors, present vehicles and explain features, guiding customers from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.

You will listen to customers, build rapport, follow up leads, negotiate sales, and work with a friendly team to meet monthly targets while using tablets and video tech to enhance the experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing and sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving license required for test drives.
• Comfort with technology and tablets/ video used in showroom.

About the Role

As a Leapmotor & Fiat New Car Sales Executive, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for customers in the showroom and through digital enquiries, providing a warm, engaging welcome.
• Share your knowledge of our vehicles and the latest automotive technologies, making complex features easy to understand.
• Guide customers through the car buying journey, from initial enquiry and product presentation to test drives and vehicle handovers.
• Listen to customers to understand their needs, creating a non-pressurised, friendly sales environment.
• Use the latest technology, including tablets and video, to enhance the customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Proactively follow up leads, negotiate sales, and achieve monthly targets as part of the sales team.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for cars, technology, and delivering first-class customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role (automotive experience is an advantage but not essential).
• Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
• Eagerness to learn and share knowledge about our brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving license (essential for test drives).
