New Car Sales Executive

Are you a confident people-person with a passion for cars? Looking to accelerate your sales career?

Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer for a New Car Sales Executive based in Romford. This is a permanent opportunity offering a £25,000 basic salary and £52,000 on-target earnings (OTE) — plus a company car and an industry-leading benefits package.

You'll be the key contact for customers during one of the most exciting purchases of their lives — their new car. We're looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service and has previous experience in B2C sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Building rapport with customers and understanding their vehicle needs
2. Guiding customers through the car buying journey with confidence and care
3. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
4. Meeting and exceeding sales targets
5. Providing an exceptional showroom experience every time

You will need:

• Previous experience in B2C face-to-face sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A full and valid UK driving licence
• A passion for customer service and a proactive attitude

This role involves working 5 days out of 7, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, including weekends.
