Job summary

Homey Group is seeking a Business Unit Manager to maximize profit in its conveyancing division. You will lead Pod Leads, Conveyancers, Interns, and Account Managers, ensuring full adoption of the Homey platform across all workflows and targets aligned to GP margin.

In this hybrid role based in Wolverhampton, you will drive pod performance, allocate caseloads, and deliver years of revenue growth while providing feedback to improve the platform.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in conveyancing or another high-volume legal services operation
• Experience using technology to remove manual work and drive efficiency
• Comfortable working toward P&L targets and being accountable for GP margin
• Credibility with SRA-regulated fee earners and running multi-pod caseload at scale

Responsibilities

• Drive full adoption of the Homey platform across every case workflow
• Optimize gross profit through operational excellence and reduced rework
• Provide actionable feedback to the Homey product roadmap
• Own day-to-day performance of all roles in the team
