Job summary

Homey in Wolverhampton is seeking a New Business Specialist to convert inbound and referred enquiries into instructions for our conveyancing operation, owning the enquiry from first contact through to file opening. You will build a referral network with estate agents and mortgage brokers, quote promptly, and hand off to Onboarding while chasing a clear yes or no.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a base salary and uncapped commission, with a clear path into Account Management as

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling into estate agents, brokers or another referral-driven channel.
• Fast, organised follow-up discipline—nothing sits in your inbox unanswered.
• Comfort with quoting and commercial conversations, not just lead qualification.

Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries quickly, chase until clear yes or no, and hand off complete details to Onboarding.
• Find and win new referral partners; manage day-to-day partner queries.
• Issue quotes and terms the same working day and follow up until decision.
• Hand introducer agreements to Account Manager with all needed materials.
• Spot pitches or process changes to win more business and push for them.
