We’re seeking two Senior New Business Managers to expand the customer base across London and beyond.

This is a hands-on, target-focused sales role, perfect for someone who excels at building relationships, achieving sales targets, and working in a fast-moving team.

Main Duties

• Generate and secure new business through cold calls, lead generation, and meetings
• Report to the Head of Sales, meeting KPIs for revenue and activity
• Work closely with the Existing Business team to support client onboarding and retention
• Manage your sales area independently and build a strong pipeline
• Represent the brand enthusiastically

Requirements

• At least 1 year’s experience in beer or beverage sales
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Based in London with knowledge of the local hospitality market
• Understanding of sales metrics like revenue and profit margins
• Experience with CRM tools
• Familiarity with the brewery and its competitors
• Competitive salary starting at £35K+ (negotiable)
• Uncapped commission and bonuses
• 40-hour week, Mon–Fri
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
