• Previous experience in the insurance market and sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective clients to introduce insurance information and support negotiations.
• Identify, research, and develop new sources of prospective clients to expand presence and market reach.
• Work with brokers and account handlers to onboard and develop potential new clients.
• Maintain client and prospect records in our CRM systems accurately and up to date.
• Build knowledge in Professional Indemnity Insurance and work toward CII qualifications.
• Participate in structured training and development programmes to build core skills for success.
• Contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.
