Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective clients to introduce and support negotiations with clients and insurers.
• Identify, research, and develop new sources of prospective clients to expand presence and market reach.
• Work closely with brokers and account handlers to support onboarding and development of new clients.
• Accurately maintain client and prospect records in CRM systems, ensuring information is up to date.
• Build a strong foundation of Professional Indemnity Insurance knowledge and pursue CII qualifications.
• Participate in structured training and development programmes focused on core skills for success.
