Job summary

Massenhove Recruitment Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive to engage mid-market and SME clients in the UK construction and property professional services sector. You will identify risk exposures, discuss tailored insurance solutions, and guide clients from initial consultation through to ongoing partnerships.

You will expand the client base, work with brokers and account handlers, and contribute to growth by building professional indemnity insurance knowledge and pursuing CII

Qualifications

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Sales and negotiation skills to compete in a fast-paced market.
Strong motivation and ambition to progress career in insurance.
Eye for detail to meticulously manage records and client interactions.

Responsibilities

Proactively contact prospective clients to introduce and gather relevant insurance information and support negotiations with clients and insurers.
Identify, research, and develop new sources of prospective clients to expand presence and market reach.
Work closely with brokers and account handlers to onboard and develop potential new clients.
Maintain accurate client and prospect records on CRM systems and keep information up to date.
