You will work with the Regional Sales Manager to target and win new customers, build a strong pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM records in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• New business development or hunter-style sales experience.
• Experience meeting demanding sales targets.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Experience managing a large geographic territory.
• Knowledge of modern sales methodologies.
• Proactive, resilient and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the regional new business strategy with the Regional Sales Manager and wider sales team.
• Identify, target and win new customers while converting competitor accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive territory growth.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Accurately forecast sales performance and revenue.
• Represent phs Wastekit professionally in all customer interactions.
