At phs Wastekit, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Consultant to help grow our customer base across the North West region. Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Field Account Managers, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while building long-term, profitable customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Development Consultant, you will:

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of sectors.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A proven track record in a new business development or hunter-style sales role.
• Experience delivering against demanding sales and growth targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
• Experience managing and developing business across a large geographical territory.
• Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies.
• CRM experience, ideally using Salesforce (SFDC).
