Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Hunter Manager to identify, pursue and acquire new client logos in the Greater London market. The role focuses exclusively on new business development, with hunters reporting into him/her.

You will lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiations and closure, collaborate with Solution/Industry principals to design winning proposals, stay aware of market trends, and transition new customers to Account Managers for long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets and industries.
• Build a robust pipeline of potential customers through networking and market research.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiations and closure.
• Collaborate with Solution/Industry principals to design winning proposals and RFPs.
• Stay current with market trends and competitors' activities to position the company.
• Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, trade shows and forums.
• Partner with Marketing, Overlay sales and delivery units to build GTM strategies.
• Transition new customers to Account Managers for long-term relationships.
