HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a New Business Development Manager for a Hatfield-based security systems company. You will identify and win new business across CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and Integrated Security solutions within commercial sectors.

Role involves building relationships with end users, consultants, M&E contractors and main contractors, and managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to contract award. Excellent commission and benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Development Manager within the Electronic Security or Fire & Security industry.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm or Integrated Security Systems.
• Proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Experience selling into commercial or enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Identifying and winning new business opportunities across London, the Home Counties and the South East.
• Selling CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and Integrated Security solutions.
• Building relationships with end users, consultants, M&E contractors and main contractors.
• Generating new leads through networking, referrals and business development activity.
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract award.
• Preparing quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Working closely with the design and operations teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Achieving agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Maintaining accurate records using the company CRM system.
• Representing the business professionally at customer meetings and industry events.
