CIS powered by Hubexo in Belfast is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business and own opportunities from initial contact to close. You’ll research prospects, engage senior decision makers and build a personal pipeline with uncapped commission and a strong base salary.

The role focuses on B2B sales across the construction market, with three days per week at the Belfast hub and two days remote, offering clear opportunities to grow OTE from £55,000 in year one to £70,000 in year

Qualifications

• Proven track record of creating opportunities in B2B sales.
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
• Comfort prospecting and speaking with senior decision makers.
• Experience in SaaS, data, market intelligence or construction helps.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and creating your own new business opportunities.
• Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
• Speaking with senior decision makers across the construction market.
• Understanding customer priorities and demonstrating value of CIS project intelligence.
• Qualifying opportunities and maintaining momentum through the sales process.
• Owning opportunities through to a decision and winning new customers.
• Keeping your CRM and next steps accurate.
