Right Match Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager for the South and Central regions in a field-based, full-time role. You will drive growth in health and social care services, engaging Local Commissioners and partners across Southern England.

The role offers a base salary of £60,000 per year plus a £4,800 car allowance, with a 37.5 hour week and occasional evenings/weekends as required. Extensive travel and stakeholder engagement are expected.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute a New Business Development plan for South/Central region based on market intel.
• Present business cases for approval of new projects.
• Collaborate with operations and support functions to deliver developments on ROI/EBITDA targets.
• Develop strong relationships with Local Commissioners to position the company as a preferred provider.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of community-based accommodation solutions aligned with the development plan.
• Promote the company’s social care expertise and host relevant events.
• Build and manage a database of potential partners and funders in the Social Care sector.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably required by the company.

We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking New Business Development Manager. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established health care company positioned the of field mental health, learning disabilities and autism.Very interesting and varied and field based role with a scope for progression.

Please note this position is field based.

New Business Development Manager - South/Central Permanent | Full-time | 37.5 per week, 9.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday, although some evening and weekend work may be necessary, based on the needs of the business. Location: Extensive Travel across Southern England Rate: £ 60,000 per annum + Car Allowance of £4,800 per annum

Job Purpose:

• Based on sound market intelligence and market led demand, initiate and execute a New Business Development plan for the South and Central region
• Present business cases for approval of new projects
• Working closely with operational and the organisations support functions to ensure that agreed developments are delivered on time and to agreed ROI and EBITDA levels.
• Develop strong and sound relationships with Local Commissioners in order to position the company as a preferred provider within the Health & Social Care sector.
• Working with preferred development and housing partners, ensure that there is a healthy pipeline of community based accommodation solutions which match the development plan
• Promote and market company's social care related expertise, facilities and activities, where appropriate hosting suitable national and regional events.
• Develop and maintain a database of former, current and potential business and funding partners in the Social Care Sectors.
• Any other duties requested from time to time by the company, as might reasonably be required, commensurate with the role.

Person specification:

• Appropriate academic qualification to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
• Have the ability to communicate and work effectively with all staff at all levels as well as establishing and maintaining excellent professional relationships with a wide range of partners, local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the current national and regional Health & Social care policy priorities.
• Experience as a BDM delivering New Specialist Supported Living service within the social care sector.
• Proven ability to deliver on targets and increase growth
• A deep understanding of core sales methodology
• An understanding Specialist Supported Housing requirements and CQC related guidance.
• Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
