Job summary

Derby/Nottingham Care Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by building relationships with Local Authorities and care boards across the region. The role is permanent and full-time with a basic salary up to £65,000 plus potential bonus and benefits.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage referral pipelines, and collaborate with operations, quality and finance teams to meet KPIs and targets.

Qualifications

• Care experience is required for consideration.
• Experience in Business Development Executive or Customer Relations role.
• Proven business development experience.
• Strong lead generation experience.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with Local Authority.

Our client has grown considerably throughout 2026 with further plans to increase their portfolio in 2027. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with Local Authorities and Care Boards. This is a permanent fulltime positon and offering a basic of up to £65,000 + Possible Bonus + Benefits

• You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities

About You

• Due to the nature of the role only candidates with Care experience will be considered for the position
• Current or previous Care experience in either a Business Development Executive role or Customer Relations role
• Proven business development experience
