Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction is recruiting a Sales Advisor to join a brand-new housing development in the area. You will manage the sales process from enquiry through to completion and conduct viewings of new homes on a single-manned site.

This role offers a retainer for the first 3-6 months, an uncapped commission scheme and an OTE of £50,000–£70,000. Strong customer service and independent working skills will help you succeed in a target-driven environment.

• Previous New Build Housing Sales Experience Preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident working independently
• Driven by targets and commission
