Direct Corporate Risks, part of Benefact Group, is seeking a Development Executive to drive New Business strategy in Haulage/Transport/Logistics, Waste & Recycling, Construction and High‑Risk Liability sectors. Based in Bolton, you will leverage existing contacts and build a market-leading approach with our tech-enabled claims system.

You will develop relationships with introducers, deliver exceptional client service, and manage end-to-end sales activity while forecasting on Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the UK Commercial Insurance Market.
• Proven success and demonstrable expertise within the above mentioned sectors.
• Highly self-motivated & enthusiastic.
• Ability to manage your own time and prioritise work without supervision, to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Delivering successful New Business strategy within Haulage/Transport/Logistics, Waste & Recycling, Construction or High-Risk Liability sectors, using your own contacts, and previous background.
• Building and maintaining relationships, finding new potential introducers to clients in the sector.
• Providing market leading risk management services, particularly with regards to motor fleet risks using our tech-enabled claims system which provides automatic insights and data to guide strategy.
• Identifying and generating own leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, introducers, partnerships. The business shall also provide leads to you to supplement your own activities
• Responsible for keeping all Sales activity/ forecasting up to date on company CRM (SalesForce)
