Benefact Group plc is seeking a Development Executive to join the RHA/Wasteinsure team in the Bolton office. You will drive New Business strategy across Haulage/Transport/Logistics, Waste & Recycling, Construction and High-Risk liability sectors, leveraging your existing contacts and industry background.

You will build relationships with introducers and clients, delivering market-leading risk management solutions, and use our tech-enabled claims system for insights.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the UK Commercial Insurance Market.
• Proven success in the sectors mentioned (haulage, waste, construction, high-risk liability).
• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise work without supervision to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, numerate and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new business strategy within Haulage/Transport/Logistics, Waste & Recycling, Construction or High-Risk Liability sectors using your network.
• Build and maintain relationships, and identify new introducers to clients in the sector.
• Provide market-leading risk management services, especially motor fleet risks with our tech-enabled claims system.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, introducers and partnerships; receive supplementary leads from the business.
• Maintain up-to-date sales activity and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.

Direct Corporate Risks part of our Lloyd & Whyte Specialist Broking Division, who are proudly part ofBenefact Group, are looking for a Development Executive to join our RHA/Wasteinsure team in our Bolton office.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Development Executive to deliver successful New Business strategy within the Haulage/Transport/ Logistics, Waste & Recycling, Construction and High-Risk liability sectors.

You will work with our existing partners to deliver an exceptional experience to our target client base, with a focus on expertise, exceptional client service and the provision of market leading products

What you'll be doing

• Delivering successful New Business strategy within Haulage/Transport/Logistics, Waste & Recycling, Construction or High-Risk Liability sectors, using your own contacts, and previous background

• Building and maintaining relationships, finding new potential introducers to clients in the sector

• Providing market leading risk management services, particularly with regards to motor fleet risks using our tech-enabled claims system which provides automatic insights and data to guide strategy

• Identifying and generating own leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, introducers, partnerships. The business shall also provide leads to you to supplement your own activities

• Responsible for keeping all Sales activity/ forecasting up to date on company CRM (SalesForce)

What you'll need to have

• Expert knowledge of the UK Commercial Insurance Market

• Proven success and demonstrable expertise within the above mentioned sectors

• Highly Self-motivated & Enthusiastic

• Ability to manage your own time and prioritise work without supervision, to meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail, numerate and accurate
