Job summary

Benefact Group is seeking a Development Executive for their Direct Corporate Risks division in Bolton. You will drive New Business strategy across Haulage/Transport/Logistics, Waste & Recycling, Construction and High-Risk Liability sectors, leveraging your network and industry know-how.

You will build and nurture relationships with introducers and clients, delivering market-leading risk management services and using a tech-enabled claims system for data-driven strategy.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the UK Commercial Insurance Market.
• Proven success and demonstrable expertise within the above mentioned sectors.
• Highly self-motivated & Enthusiastic.
• Ability to manage your own time and prioritise work without supervision, to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, numerate and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Delivering successful New Business strategy within Haulage/Transport/Logistics, Waste & Recycling, Construction or High-Risk Liability sectors, using your own contacts, and previous background.
• Building and maintaining relationships, finding new potential introducers to clients in the sector.
• Providing market leading risk management services, particularly with regards to motor fleet risks using our tech-enabled claims system which provides automatic insights and data to guide strategy.
• Identifying and generating own leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, introducers, partnerships. The business shall also provide leads to you to supplement your own activities.
• Responsible for keeping all Sales activity/ forecasting up to date on company CRM (SalesForce)
