Job summary

Arc UK in Nuneaton is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our successful team. You will help customers buy new and used vehicles, qualifying needs, arranging test drives, and presenting proposals. The role requires a strong sales background and automotive experience.

Working Monday to Saturday with a weekday off, no Sundays, and an excellent basic salary plus an uncapped commission scheme. Company car included as part of the package.

• Proven sales track record in retail or similar environment.

Our client, a privately owned and highly successful Multi-Franchised Main Dealer Group, is looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their successful team in NUNEATON.

You must be a well-presented and professional sales person with a clear understanding of the sales process in order to be considered for this position you must also have a demonstrable record of success.

The main duties of the role include assisting customers with the purchase of new and used vehicles following a structured (but not rigid) sales process:- meeting and greeting customers, qualifying customer needs, carrying out test drives, part exchange appraisal, presenting proposals, closing deals and carrying out a quality delivery.

You will probably be currently working as a Car Sales Executive, but we will consider applications from candidates outside of the motor industry as long as they have a strong and steady sales/retail background.
