• Elite US Firm with arguably the one of the world's best and most revered leveraged finance practice are looking for an Associate with between 1 and 3 Years' PQE to join their London office.

• You will act fortop-tier investment banks, direct lenders and private equity firms on the most significant finance mandates which flow through the London market, including all types of leveraged finance(acquisition financings, refinancings, bank-bond transactions and special situations) together withinvestment grade, infrastructure, restructuring and public to private mandates.

• As is the norm, interested applicants will need to have top-tier academics and training firm - however, in addition to candidates already situated in London,this firm will happily consider applicants from top firms in the regions of England,Ireland, Scotland and Aus/NZ with the required relevant experience.
