Cats Protection seeks a Neutering Support Advisor to assist branches, centres, and vets with neutering processes, voucher schemes and welfare packages. The role demands clear guidance, data accuracy and robust problem solving within a busy operational environment.
The successful candidate will join a team delivering frontline, non-scripted support to the public and partners, with an emphasis on empathetic customer service and effective case resolution.
Location: Hybrid within a commutable distance of our UK Cat Centre in Chelwood Gate
Work pattern: 21 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday
Salary: Up to £15,356.20 per year
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract

Team of advisors and a Neutering Support Team Leader that provide front-line non-scripted support and advice to the public, Cats Protection employees, external partners, vets, and volunteers on the charity’s neutering programme
