Job summary

3SC is seeking a Neuro Diversity Coach to support individuals marginalised by society, focusing on neurodivergent participants and those who have been through the criminal justice system. The role is remote with regular travel across the West Midlands.

As a Coach you will deliver one-to-one coaching, provide online/face-to-face sessions, and help customers progress toward their goals while meeting targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification in Coaching, or Teaching qualifications or significant coaching experience.
• Two years of coaching experience with disadvantaged groups such as neurodiverse individuals, prison leavers, or those seeking employment.
• Experience delivering online/virtual and in-person coaching sessions.

Responsibilities

• One-to-one support and coaching.
• Delivering to targets, quality standards and compliance measures.
• Using motivational and action planning techniques to progress customers.
• Assessing strengths and weaknesses and identifying development areas.
• Adapting to the needs of group or individual participants.
• Inspiring confidence and self-belief.
• Measuring and reporting customer outcomes using distance travelled tools.
