Job summary

Making Space Charity is recruiting a Neurodiversity Employment Support & Training Instructor to join the NEST project at HMP Liverpool. You will deliver neurodiversity-informed support to individuals, focusing on wellbeing, independence and self-advocacy.

The role uses a suite of programmes and activities, builds relationships with partner organisations, and records information in HMPPS IT systems. A recognised neurodiversity/psychology qualification and experience with vulnerable client groups

Qualifications

• Recognised Neurodiversity/Psychology qualification is essential.
• Experience delivering neurodiversity, mental health and wellbeing projects.
• Experience working with vulnerable client groups.

Responsibilities

• Utilise programmes and materials to support neurodivergent individuals.
• Develop and deliver NEST interventions.
• Foster high-performance ethos for efficient service and communication.
• Build relationships with statutory, voluntary and community organisations.
• Input information into HMPPS IT systems accurately and timely.
