3SC is seeking a Neuro Diversity Coach to support individuals marginalised by society, focusing on neurodivergent participants and those who have been through the criminal justice system. The role is remote with regular travel across the West Midlands.
As a Coach you will deliver one-to-one coaching, provide online/face-to-face sessions, and help customers progress toward their goals while meeting targets and quality standards.

As a Coach, you will work with people marginalised by society, with a specific focus on those who are neurodivergent, and have been through the criminal justice system, you will support them in fulfilling their goals.

The successful candidate must be able to work in the UK.
