Job summary

Adecco in London is seeking two Network Support Engineers to join our growing technical team in Central London. This is an office-based role, five days a week, supporting a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients with enterprise networking and Wi‑Fi technologies.

The role offers exposure to cloud platforms, network infrastructure, and hands-on support across customer environments. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £42,000 per year, with opportunities to develop expertise in switches, routers,

Qualifications

Must have enterprise networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting skills.
Experience with LAN/WAN architectures and routing.
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
Hands-on experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Networking certification (CCNA or equivalent) is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi‑Fi issues.
Manage and respond to support tickets in line with service levels.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required.
Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments.
Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations.
Configure and support network devices and wireless solutions.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
