A Senior IT Technician is required to join the ICT team at Ridgeway Academy, working full time (52 weeks) to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and students and support the reliable, secure and effective operation of IT services across the school. The role will include supporting and maintaining devices, user accounts, printing, network infrastructure, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other Trust IT systems. Whilst the position is based at Ridgeway Academy, you will work closely with a team of highly skilled ICT Technicians and Managers across the Trust and will support wider Trust IT projects and services as required.
