Job summary

National Grid in the UK is hiring a Network Resilience Manager based at our Warwick office with hybrid working options.

You will own and deliver the Network Resilience Strategy across key risk and operational areas, maintain ISO22301 continuity, and drive improvements in control rooms, systems and processes to keep the network safe and reliable for customers.

Salary is between £64,000 and £79,000, with a bonus of up to 30% and a generous pension, plus flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience in resilience or risk management within energy/utilities.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Network Resilience Strategy across key risk and operational areas.
• Ensure resilience frameworks and ISO22301 continuity plans are in place and maintained.
• Develop and deliver action plans from investigations and incidents.
