Job summary

National Grid in Warwick is seeking a Network Resilience Manager to own and deliver the NGET Network Resilience Strategy across key risk and operational areas. You will lead the agenda with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen resilience.

This role requires strong leadership, change management and collaboration across teams, DESNZ and customers. The position offers hybrid working, a competitive salary (£64,000–£79,000) and a generous bonus and pension package.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership capability with consultative, facilitation and decision-making skills.
• Excellent change management skills across a multidiscipline team environment.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including DESNZ, industry and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding resilience strategy and policy issues.
• Identify key resilience risk areas and agree control strategies with the business.
• Lead on resilience strategy and framework for NGET across key risk and network operations.
• Report on whole-network resilience and reliability risks to ensure a safe and reliable network.
