Job summary

Culina Group Limited, via The Pallet Network, is seeking a Network Development Manager to drive commercial growth within the partner network. The role focuses on expanding input volume, increasing hub fee revenues, and supporting risk management through targeted sales activity.

Reporting to the Network Director, you will collaborate with partner sales teams, identify new partner opportunities, and contribute to market development while staying abreast of pallet industry trends and service

Qualifications

• Understanding of UK logistics and pallet network industry.
• Experience in a commercial role.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to influence partner networks.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
• IT literate with MS Office packages.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North region.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales engagement and commercial development with Principals throughout the Network.
• Collaborate with Partner’s sales functions to optimise hub fees and volumes.
• Ensure the customer base is fit for purpose and pipelines support targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenues and reduce costs.
• Report progress to the Network Director and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Keep up to date with TPN services and market conditions.
