The Pallet Network (Part of the Culina Group) is seeking a Network Support Coordinator to provide reactive support to partners across the UK and Ireland, manage onboarding, and report operational issues. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and visiting partners to ensure a smooth rollout of new systems and procedures.

Based anywhere in the UK, the position requires travel, occasional weekend work, and strong communication skills to uphold service quality and support partner

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within the pallet industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literate with basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive support to partners across the UK and Ireland.
• Submit visit reports to manager and CRM.
• Roll out new systems, procedures and training to partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to onboard new partners.
