Culina Group is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join The Pallet Network. You will support network partners and maintain effective communication across departments. This fixed-term maternity cover role involves a rotating schedule and pays £13.21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a high-level administrative role.
• Capable of working under pressure to deadlines and objectives.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Partners of the network following TPN procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments.
• Carry out members' requests via phone and email.
• Mediation on disputes between members following operation rules.
• Assist members in arranging overspill vehicles and couriers.
• Update the hub information board.
• Ensure handovers between shifts are concise and understood.
