Job summary

Relay is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for the Network squad in London. You will own the analytical oversight across forecasting systems, track model performance, and quantify CPP impact. You will also build the case for model improvements in collaboration with Data Scientists and operations teams.

Your work ensures forecasts drive better decisions, with emphasis on data quality, clear communication, and measurable outcomes across Sortation, Middle Mile, Last Mile, and Routing functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Fluent in SQL and experience with dbt/BigQuery.
• Experience building operational dashboards and measuring forecast accuracy.
• Ability to translate data performance into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Track forecast accuracy across Network models and surfaces.
• Surface model drift and performance issues before impact.
• Diagnose forecast errors by client, geography, day, and horizon; quantify CPP impact.
• Build dashboards to make model performance transparent to the squad and stakeholders.
• Set analytical direction for the Network squad and define key metrics.
