Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Network Engineer to join a managed services team. You will support diverse customer environments across finance, manufacturing, utilities, and retail, covering networking, infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, and security.

The role includes on-call duties and occasional site visits to Milton Keynes or Watford. Reporting to the NOC, you will troubleshoot complex incidents, contribute to design, maintain ITIL processes, and build strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• Provide technical support across complex customer environments and managed services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure incidents.
• Contribute to solution design, HLD/LLD, implementations and technical projects.
• Act as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert.
• Work within an ITIL-based service environment, supporting SLAs, KPIs and change/problem management.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of technical service.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites, data centres and offices in Milton Keynes/Watford.

The Role
