Job summary

The Colleges’ Partnership is seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator to support apprentices throughout their programmes. You’ll combine sector knowledge with training, assessment, coaching and progress management to help apprentices progress toward gateway success.

You’ll also deliver Functional Skills where required, maintain accurate apprenticeship records and contribute to quality and compliance of TCP’s apprenticeship provision, with regular travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Current sector competence in Network Cable Installer.
• Experience assessing apprentices and planning/delivering training.
• Functional Skills level 2 or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess apprentice progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver training and underpinning knowledge for programmes.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and ensure gateway readiness.
• Deliver and mark assessments and coordinate examinations as required.
• Maintain accurate apprenticeship records and report issues.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
