Job summary

Activate Learning is recruiting a Training Coordinator to support our Plumbing team at Reading college, ensuring learners have access to the resources and materials needed to progress and complete their apprenticeship programmes.

You will maintain quality and compliance of apprenticeship delivery, conducting regular progress reviews with apprentices and their employers to ensure programmes remain effective and aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Vocational or trade experience.
• Experience working with young people and employers.
• Knowledge of apprenticeships and related frameworks.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills to manage learners.

Responsibilities
