Job summary

The Colleges’ Partnership is seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator with Data Technician experience to support apprentices through their programmes. You will combine sector expertise with training, assessment, coaching and progress management to help learners reach gateway.

You will also support Functional Skills delivery, maintain accurate records and contribute to quality and compliance of the apprenticeship provision. A full driving licence and willingness to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing apprentices and delivering training to diverse learners.
• Ability to plan lessons, prepare resources and support individual learner needs.
• Functional Skills delivery at Level 2 or higher when required.

Responsibilities

• Assess apprentice work and monitor progress toward gateway.
• Deliver training and underpinning knowledge for programmes.
• Conduct regular progress reviews per DfE and company requirements.
• Deliver initial and diagnostic assessments and Functional Skills maths/English.
• Coach and mentor apprentices, provide guidance and support.
• Deliver and/or invigilate assessments and manage examinations as needed.
• Maintain accurate apprenticeship records and report issues promptly.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
