Job summary

Franchise Brands is seeking an experienced NetSuite Systems Administrator to optimise our NetSuite environment and own the broader technology landscape. You will bridge finance and IT, focusing on system administration, customization, and process improvements, acting as the liaison with system vendors and guiding the systems roadmap with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

3+ years of NetSuite experience.
Strong understanding of core financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C).
Experience with NetSuite modules: Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, CRM.
Experience implementing NetSuite in a business or with a partner or on client side.
Experience with Saved searches, Customisation, Reporting, Dashboards.
Strong integration and automation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line support including roles, permissions, dashboards and reports.
Understand data structure and migrations in NetSuite, incl. IDs and table relationships.
Create and maintain Roles, Permissions, Dashboards, Fields, Forms, Custom Records.
Design and support Suiteflows and SuiteApprovals.
Customize NetSuite to meet business needs including Saved searches and reporting.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
Design and deliver user training and materials; drive adoption across teams.
Manage stakeholder relationships and own project roadmap; coordinate with third-party vendors.
