Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a NetSuite specialist to take full ownership of the system and drive its evolution at a growing manufacturing and logistics business in the Doncaster area.

You will sharpen data quality, turn NetSuite into a strategic decision-making driver, and work closely with the Head of Finance and senior stakeholders from day one. This on-site role offers autonomy and significant influence over technology and processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience and ability to own the platform.
• Influence at senior levels and drive cross-team change.
• Detail-oriented problem solver who fixes underlying data/process issues.
• Willing to be based on-site full-time.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of NetSuite, developing and evolving it beyond maintenance.
• Streamline processes and improve reporting across sales, finance, ops and transport.
• Lead process change by identifying improvements, designing solutions, and guiding teams.
• Collaborate closely with Head of Finance and senior stakeholders.
