TTP plc in Melbourn near Cambridge is seeking a NetSuite Support Administrator to ensure smooth ERP operations. You will support Finance, CRM, Projects and Leadership, and collaborate with the Power BI team to provide accurate data.

The role includes user and permission management, bug troubleshooting, platform upgrades, and training colleagues on NetSuite. Experience in a business support function and familiarity with O2C/P2P/R2R will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business support function (e.g. IT, Accounts, Administration).
• Understanding of O2C, P2P, R2R, Fixed Assets and CRM concepts.
• NetSuite certifications are advantageous but not required; training provided.
• Familiarity with how a technology consultancy operates and time-based services.

Responsibilities

• Administration of NetSuite users, roles and permissions.
• Troubleshooting bugs and applying upgrades/patches.
• Training users on NetSuite functionalities.
• Creating/updating workflows, SuiteScripts, saved searches and reports.
• Documenting business processes and recommending improvements.
• Learning to use tools like Power BI, Planner, Power Automate, HubSpot.
• Managing cross-functional system or team projects.
