Job summary

TTP is seeking a NetSuite Support Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our ERP platform. You will provide NetSuite support to Finance, CRM, Project Leaders, Marketing, and senior leaders while collaborating with the Power BI team to deliver accurate data.

You will join a supportive IT team with growth opportunities, including training users, configuring workflows, and learning new tools across platforms such as Power BI and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP platforms, preferably NetSuite.
• Knowledge of O2C, P2P, R2R, and CRM concepts is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge within IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite users, roles and permissions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate upgrades/patches.
• Train users on NetSuite and create/update workflows/reports.
• Collaborate with Power BI and other tools for data insights.
