Job summary

TTP is seeking a NetSuite Support Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our ERP platform. You will support Finance, CRM, and project teams, collaborate with the Power BI team, and help implement workflows and reports. Training and development are provided within a collaborative IT environment on a modern campus in Melbourn.

The role emphasizes learning technical and business aspects, with opportunities to advance within the first year and exposure to multiple platforms and processes.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn both technical and business support elements.
• Experience in a business support function (IT, Accounts, Administration).
• Understanding of O2C, P2P, R2R, Fixed Assets and CRM concepts.
• NetSuite certifications are advantageous; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide NetSuite support to Finance, CRM, Project Leaders and Leadership.
• Manage users, roles and permissions; assist with upgrades and patches.
• Train users on NetSuite and configure workflows, saved searches, reports.
• Document processes and suggest system improvements.
• Learn and use Power BI, Planner, Power Automate, HubSpot across platforms.
