GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive high-value infrastructure deals across the UK, with a focus on the Midlands, North East, and Scotland. You will build relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPCs, DNOs, and major energy players.

This role rewards a dynamic, socially assertive professional who thrives in a remote-first, collaborative environment and can map markets, qualify opportunities, and coordinate multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a commercial/BD role within energy or infrastructure.
• Exposure to EPCs, trade associations, or utility sector is highly desirable.
• Aptitude and attitude over pre-existing contacts.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and qualify new opportunities by mapping the market and building trusted relationships.
• Plan and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns; use creative methods to engage stakeholders.
• Support rapid deal structuring with senior leadership and maintain CRM visibility.
• Immerse yourself in sector specifics: substation housing and control buildings.
