GS2 | B Corp is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive high-value energy infra deals across the Midlands, North East, and Scotland. You will map markets, identify stakeholders, and build trusted relationships with EPCs, DNOs, and major energy players.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial BD, exposure to energy/EPC sectors, and a hustle mindset. The role supports a remote-first, UK-wide team with occasional on-site collaboration in the Midlands, Manchester, or Glasgow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a commercial/BD role.
• Exposure to Energy, EPCs, or Trade Associations is desirable.
• Aptitude and attitude valued over existing contacts.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and qualify: map the market, identify stakeholders, build trust.
• Strategic campaigning: build and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns.
• Rapid scale support: work with senior leadership to structure complex deals and update CRM.
