Job summary

GS2 | B Corp is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive high-value energy infrastructure deals across the Midlands, North East and Scotland. You will map the market, engage Tier 1/2 EPCs, DNOs, and major players, and build trust-based relationships to open doors.

You will work with senior leadership to structure complex deals, scale opportunities, and maintain CRM visibility as the business grows in a remote-friendly, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a commercial/BD role.
• Exposure to Energy, EPCs, or Trade Associations is desirable.
• Aptitude and attitude over a pre-existing contact list.

Responsibilities

• Map the market and identify key stakeholders, building trust-based relationships.
• Build and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to open doors.
• Support senior leadership to structure complex infrastructure deals and update CRM.
• Master the technical nuances of substation housing and control buildings.
