Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 5 Nurse to deliver high standards of care in partnership with families in a safe and professional environment. To be responsible for assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care.

To contribute to local and Trust-wide objectives, supervise junior staff, and take charge of the ward when needed after preceptorship, while adhering to Trust policies and NMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Register Nurse part one and current NMC registration.
• Experience supervising and assessing students.
• Understanding of professional issues in nursing.

Responsabilités

• Act as a positive role model and uphold Trust values.
• Participate in performance management and clinical supervision.
• Follow Trust policy in critical incidents and complaints.
• Read and adhere to the NMC Code and Trust policies.
• Ensure continued professional registration and revalidation with the NMC.
