MPA Recruitment is seeking a Neighbourhood Office role in the Mid-Ulster area. You will inspect estates, respond to residents' concerns and coordinate with local services to resolve issues, while staying approachable in challenging conversations.

Ideal candidates are organised, practical, and able to work independently or with teams to improve local surroundings and support vulnerable residents.

Formación

• BTEC National Certificate or Level 3 qualification with 1+ year of customer service or admin experience.
• Five GCSEs or Level 2 with 2+ years of relevant customer service or admin experience.
• Alternatively, 3+ years in customer service or general admin work.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect estates and communal areas for safety concerns and coordinate action.
• Report environmental issues such as graffiti and dumped rubbish.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and partner agencies to improve surroundings.
• Inspect vacant properties and show homes to prospective tenants.
• Take repair requests and assist vulnerable residents accessing services.
• Address nuisance and anti-social behaviour, liaising with police where needed.
• Build relationships with residents and community representatives.
