Wheatley Homes Glasgow is recruiting a Housing Officer to deliver a comprehensive housing management service across our communities in Glasgow. You will work with customers and partner agencies to maintain strong rental income, reduce voids and improve neighbourhoods.
The role requires at least two years’ experience in housing and a Level 1 Disclosure check. The position is 35 hours per week, home-based with travel to patches and Group offices, and is for 12 months. Salary SCP 31-34, pro rata.

The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience working in a Housing Officer role or be part of our internal Ignite graduate programme, with a proven track record of excellent rental income collection, void and neighbourhood management.
