Job summary

Saffron Housing Trust is recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer, with one permanent post and two six-month fixed-term posts. Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple agencies including police, social services and mental health services.
• Managing ASB cases, including evidence gathering and enforcement action.
• Managing safeguarding concerns, including risk assessment and referrals.
• Supporting vulnerable tenants with complex needs.
• Managing high-risk situations and escalating appropriately.
• Carrying a complex caseload through to resolution.
